Executive Creative Director & Partner at Soda & Lime

As a founding partner and the Executive Creative Director of Soda & Lime, I was able to be involved with all aspects of the company; from start-up to being the AOR for multiple internationally recognized brands. Streamlining the Creative Direction process along with helping cultivate team morale and company culture, having the ability to be at the agency from the ground-up gave invaluable experience as to how to handle not only design and creative hurdles, but also management and company obstacles.

As ACD, managed client and in-house design projects along with creative brainstorms for recognizable clients such as HBO, Lifetime, Bravo!, and History Channel.

As Creative Director, managed a team of graphic artists, spearheaded in-house design projects—from newsroom art prep to large scale ad sale campaigns. Streamlined art department operations and productivity. Conceptualized, designed, and executed over 100 ad campaign designs for potential clients. Maintained brand unification and development across all platforms including web, TV, and print. Designed TMZ.com refreshes, TMZ Tour look-and-feel, and TMZ Live, Sports and various other brand initiatives.

Creative Director for TMZ’s sister site, created original look of brand. Logo, site, and visual marque of new site. Assisted in coordinating new design procedures and production requirements accompanied with the launch of the brand and staff.

As Creative Director and partner, founded and maintained company relations, consistent design quality, and daily operations. Spearheaded company brand image through marketing, collateral, and online website utilizing Flash and HTML elements. Streamlined and balanced an agency atmosphere of graphic design and print production with over 30 active clients.
